Welcome

My name is Tristan Earl, and I own and operate Droppin' Drakes Taxidermy. I grew up in Yuma, Colorado and spend a good amount of my free time hunting. I hunt everything from deer to iguana, but my favorite thing to hunt is birds, specifically ducks. Ducks display so many different colors that their beauty is unmatched.

My passion for taxidermy came from many years of receiving only mediocre taxidermy mounts on my birds. I strive to produce better than good mounts. You work hard for the success in the field and good taxidermy doesn't cut it for displaying your trophy. I pursued my taxidermy passion of mine at the Artistic School of Taxidermy and earned my certification for all waterfowl and upland game birds. Good taxidermy is not good enough; therefore, consistent, quality work is what you will receive with Droppin Drakes Taxidermy.
